At Viva Fabrics Ltd, we pride ourselves on supplying high-quality upholstery materials, foam and sundries. If there is an issue with your order, we will always aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for:

• Faulty or damaged items

• Incorrect items supplied

• Manufacturing defects

Any issues should be reported as soon as possible after collection or delivery.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

​

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:

Cut to Size Foam

All foam cut to customer measurements is made specifically to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring measurements are accurate before ordering.

Cut Fabrics & Vinyls

Fabrics and vinyls that have been cut to customer-requested lengths are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Special Order Products

Items ordered specifically for a customer or sourced specially may not be returned.

3. Colour & Texture Variations

​

We make every effort to display colours and textures accurately across our website and sample materials.

However, due to photography, lighting and screen settings, slight colour variation may occur and will not be considered a fault.

We strongly recommend checking samples where possible before larger purchases.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

​

If an item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request:

• Photographs of the issue

• Order details or proof of purchase

• A description of the fault

Where appropriate, we will offer:

• A replacement item

• An exchange

• A repair solution

• A refund

5. Incorrect Orders

If we have supplied the wrong item, please notify us promptly and we will arrange to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
